How do I change Number of Vibration or Intensity? Good App?

I miss almost all notifications due to weak and minimal # of vibrations. Blackberry help says go int Notification/App notifications to change. But blackberry hub, Calendar and BBM do not have that feature to change.
Is there a good app for this?
Frustrating as my 4 year old torch had this ability.
May be a duplicate post but could not locate one easily.
