i hate forced mobile device view that websites now impose, and some sites do not give the option of switching to desktop view (ie. environment canada 7 day weather forecast).
I've tried using simplebrowser and I still see pages in mobile view. my only hope is to change my browser id so all sites see my BB as a desktop device.
I've searched the net but the only help I've found is from 4 yrs ago and doesnt apply to the Q10. HELP!!!!!
setting>developer tools> click desktop mode close and restart browser may or may not work all the time

However in a situation where trying to use a Web service which denies BlackBerry BB10 browser, with a message such as "your browser is not supported " then your solution would not suffice.
Is there any native BB10 browser that allows for the user agent to be modified?
BlackBerry - Accept no substitute. Period!
dont know about a native browser i tried with opera browser and the ones i used for desktop mode loaded fine chrome works for some others it doesnt
