    Blackberry, unhelpfully, states that Link is not supported by Sierra (or v.v) and has no plans to rectify this situation.

    Do they suggest I drop Blackberry, or can they come up with something more constructive.

    It's bit like Ford cars telling us "we're no longer supplying vital engine parts. Tough"

    Yes dropping BB10 might be a good idea....BlackBerry has, they moved to Android,

    You can use an app like FireChest Ultimate Backup to backup much of your data.... but it's not like doing a full backup. Some have (some have not) had success running Windows in Boot Camp and using LINK. (but you'll want to stick to pre Windows 10)
