Having problems with two of my QWERTY keys. The "i" and the "n" are beginning to stick. Have to poke them repeatedly to get the character. Any solutions?

More than likely you are stuck with it. There is much debate as to whether the problem is either hardware or software related.

Between the Q10, Classic and the Passport, there are enough of us with the problem. The issue has fallen on deaf ears as far as BlackBerry is concerned.

If they physically stick, try spraying them (not flooding) with CRC QD Electronic cleaner.
