I am part of a BBM Genneral Disucssion group and would like to add another to the discussion. How do I do that?

No you don't have to be admin to go that. If you are given permission to add then you can just add.

Go to the group chat & you will see a button at the bottom of the 4 quarter or 4 squares.

Well you can share the discussion via social media and expect him to open it from his end device. Tap the option and "share via social"
