    Hi Everyone
    I have one Blackberry enterprise server 10 with about 1000 active devices. I would like to make the BDS console available to our service desk so they can manage the users. Its becoming a bit of task for one exchange admin now we have so many active users.
    We have tried to access but its not available
    Ive tried to access with the firewalls turned off on the machine hosting BES10 but we still cannot access
    My network guys are telling me its something on the Blackberry server but I`m not sure what
    Anyone else managed to make their console available outside of the host machine?
    Were on Windows 2012 r2
