    I set a new password from the blackberry online help through an automatic email sent to me. I entered the new password and the playbook accepted this but requests that I 'enter "blackberry" to continue'. But when I enter "blackberry" it remains on this page requesting that I enter "blackberry" to continue but now incorrect password appears. Has anybody had this experience and got pass this page?
