One serious question is all about social media both affecting the two partitions of BlackBerry, that is business and personal. It blends which is a bonus. Up to now, I have not added anyone but had cut off all others except my immediate family household down to my 81 year old Mum. This is not a technical answer. Its an answer to a question that requires and answer, does it not?

I'm not sure I understand your questions? How does BBRY as a company promote social media on the devices on both the business and personal side? I'm not sure what you mean by cross platform and how that comes in to play here. BlackBerry devices have the social media clients available and those social media platforms are inherently cross platform as anyone on any platform can access twitter or Facebook or whatever. I'm not sure what you are asking here?
