How to connect WiFi on BlackBerry Bold 9700 of version 4.0?

i own a blackberry bold 9700 version of 4.0 . the problem i face is that when i connect my berry with wifi , my phone shows me that its connected on the homescreen. all clear but when i went to browser to use internet it gives error as " UNCAUGHT EXCEPTION: SHARED WEBKIT INSTACE UNAVAILABLE: NULL". now please let me know what i have to do with my berry to avail the facility of wifi. please tell me,,

Corp device or person? Was it ever a corp device? It could be it has a separate wifi browser you are supposed to use, and that is why you are having an issue. Also are you SURE the hotspot you are using is ok? Have you tried at any other hotspots on different networks? (try Starbucks, or McDonalds or some other place with free wifi)
