I misplaced my DTEK60 somewhere in the house, and thought I could locate it with BlackBerry Protect. When I opened the site, my Classic was still connected so I removed it, but I couldn't find a way to connect the DTEK60. I checked the phone's settings, but couldn't find any way to connect; I looked on the site (the Classic was gone), but no way to add it there either.

PLEASE HELP! I NEED TO BE ABLE TO USE PROTECT AGAIN!

Android phones use Google"s "find my phone" - not BlackBerry Protect.

I was able to locate the device. Didn't know that BB Protect didn't cover their Android products; I very much appreciate your help.
