Ever since up dating to 10.3.1 my Q10 hub automatically deletes all messages that are more than 3 weeks old. This includes email, sms, chat messages and even call logs. I have more than 75% storage left on my Q10 and more than 90% storage left on my 8GB memory card. Is this normal with 10.3.1? Does anyone have a solution for this? I would like to keep all messages for as long as would seeing that I have more than enough space for it. Help please.

There are some extended backup solutions and third-party add-ons. In my case though, my hub lets me go back all the way to 2014. Basically, in each account, I can specify how far to sync. It seems to use that as a baseline in 10.3.1 to specify how long to store the hub messages.

The down side is I haven't found a way to make it forever.
