How come Blackberry Q10 can't connect to my Blackberry ID?
My Q10 is not syncing with my Blackberry ID so my BBM, Blackberry World, BB Protect can't be used. I thought that if I deleted the Blackberry ID that is associated with my BB device and did a security swipe so that it's set to the default settings I can create a new Blackberry ID. But now it can't create an NEW Blackberry ID cause the device still associates it with the OLD Blackberry ID which was deleted. Wouldn't a reset of the Blackberry ID and a security swipe entitles you to add a NEW Blackberry ID? It's also shows that it's in BB Protect anti-theft mode when I sign in with a NEW Blackberry ID but I can't sign in to BB Protect cause I've deleted my OLD Blackberry ID which the device is asking for.
This all happened when I upgrade the OS to 10.3.2.2168. Everything else works fine like my text and phone calls but all the Blackberry apps don't work. Any help would be appreciated.
