How to choose which folders sync in BBerry Hub (KEYone)

Am certain there is some easy way to do this, but I'm not able to figure it out.

Within the Hub, I have multiple email addresses set up. For those, I can see which accounts I have accessible from the 'hamburger' dropdown top left in the Hub, then in a particular account, I can use the 'ellipsis' dropdown top right, then 'folders'.

In this example, it shows me 5 folders, and only the Inbox synching. I'd like to have the 'Sent' to sync also, so emails I sent from my KEYone will show up in my desktop email as well. However, I can't figure out, anywhere, how to edit which folders sync and which don't. When I go to the Sent folder, for example, I get a !notification bar saying "This folder is not currently synced", but no way to alter that.

Thanks in advance.

1. go to HUB
2. Tap "hamburger" top Left corner
3. Tap email ACCOUNT you want to modify
4. Tap three dots in top Right corner
5. Choose Folders
6. Tap on the folder you want to Sync, e.g. "Sent"
7. On-demand sync window pops-up. Decide just Sync Now or Always.

Note: if you don't want to tap on a single folder, but want to do a one time sync every single folder, instead of tapping the one folder, tap again the three dots in the top Right hand corner and choose Sync All.

Hope this helps.

when you get to step (3) go the the account, scan down to second screen. Toggle the items you want to SYNC
(ignore the three dot instruction)

thank you- that did the trick. is there anyway to leave read emails in the inbox, or combine in, sent and delete boxes into one chronological list?

I have a similar problem. Emails that were sent from my desktop used to be displayed in the BlackBerry HUB, but all of a sudden that folder stopped syncing. I am unable to navigate to the folders in the account as described in the solution in steps 4 and 5. I think in earlier versions of the HUB I could do this, but the HUB underwent a change several months ago and since then I believe I lost access to sync settings for the individual folders of an account. I tried deleting the hub cache, deleting and adding back the email account, but to no avail. This problem was either introduced by way of a HUB update or something changed on the end of the ISP with regard to the sent folder rendering it inaccessible to view/sync in the HUB. It could be a temporary glitch too, I've been getting the "This folder is not currently synced" message for the Sent folder for about two hours ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The email account was configured as POP. I deleted the email account and added it back as IMAP. I now have access to the individual folder sync settings but the Sent folder already has a gray check mark next to it (i.e. it is synced by default) and the sent emails are not appearing in the HUB. The message saying that the Sent folder is not synced is not there anymore naturally. So everything works as expected EXCEPT the emails in the Sent folder are not showing up in the BlackBerry HUB.

Did this ever get resolved. I added a new email account and the sent folder will not sync, and when I try to select it in the account management window it is not select-able. I keep getting the message "This folder is not currently synced".
