[CrackBerry Question]

Hello,

I know this sounds extremely desperate but I really don't know what to do anymore.

I'm still a "last man standing/die hard fan" of BlackBerry and our company uses the BlackBerry Classic as a business phone for our team.

However we have a problem with the "My Car" feature which creates big headaches when using it with Volkswagen or Audi cars:

When connected via BlueTooth the BlackBerry Classic OS continues to open "My Music" and it is impossible to access other apps and or the contacts database on the phone.

This persist even if we deactivate the "My Car" feature on settings following these steps:

- Tap image Settings > Networks and Connections > Bluetooth.
- Touch and hold your car's name.
- Tap Unset as My Car.

Do you have any idea how to solve this?

Make sure that your audio input in the car is on anything other than Bluetooth when starting up the car. To use an app other than music, you need to have that running before you change the input to Bluetooth.

This is an issue with many infotainment systems, my wife's Honda does the same thing has have many older Ford and Chevy rentals I've had in the past.
