how exactly do you mean by 'app with root'? if you are asking if you can install rooted apps on the z10, then the answer is yes, most will work; a few others might not.

so, i from russia and dont well in english=) xmodgame is app for Clash of Clans XModGames_Game Cheats and it wants root such as titanium backup. i hope u understend me=)

No, sorry, it won't because this needs a rooted OS and patching only removes Google dependencies...

I have the same problem..i have xmodgames. And it says it requires root excess on blackberry leap..how do I root leap

May be after yu patch the app on ya rooted android using lucky patcher.. you may be able to install the modified app. Not 100% sure. But there is 70% chances.
