Use the built-in BB10 wifi file sharing feature. You should then be able to browse to the phone from the Windows network neighborhood from the PC.

    On the BB10 device:
    » System Settings
    » Storage and Access
    » Access using Wifi

This has been discussed multiple times recently. Search CB for enabling SMB on Windows 10. Worked for me.

Put your Classic into USB Mass Storage Mode so that your computer sees it as an external drive when you plug it in. (Settings » Network & Connections » USB).

    Hey plant,

As ppeters points out above, check for enabling SMB1 on Windows 10. Once you turn that on your device should be recognized by USB/Link and you should be good to go. Feel free to let us know if you have trouble.
