    I dwn ldd the BlackBerry desktop software so I could transfer some pics from the camera to the pc WIN 7 pro. But the software keeps asking for some password which I have never had and I only have one chance left to give it to them or it says it will wipe out all my data and settings in the phone. All I want o do is just unload some pics!!!
    Why all the crap from BlackBerry!!!! I'm over 70 yrs old and I hate this BS. I only use my phone for a phone and the odd picture. !!!

    If you have them saved on your SD card, you wouldn't even need the desktop software. It's drag and drop.
