    I bought a Q10 today but when i try to switch device through the BB link from my Q5 the Q10 doesnt work......the os is latest...please advice.
    I am trying to switch device from Q5 to Q10......both has latest os......i took a back up of Q5 and tried to restore on Q10....also tried to switch device.....both doesnt work.

    Q10 ..touch is not responsive.

    Hmm. There is an app for device switch as well. Could try that.

    The backup should load on your Q10. Does Link recognize both devices?
