[CrackBerry Question]

I sent what I thought was a text to my husbands iPhone 4 ... He never received it.

He has received others but when we compared screens my screen indicated that the BB indicated it had been sent but in MMS mode .

How can I be assured it is not in MMS mode and he receives it ?

First, what device are you using? If you are using a BBOS10 device, go to the Hub. Click the 3 dots in the lower right corner. Click settings. Click text messages. You will see this.

Down at the bottom you will see advanced. Click on that. You will see this.

Now click on the send text only messages as. Now you will see this.

Choose sms.
Sorry if I made it sound too simplistic. Don't know how much you know about this. :-D

You haven't specified which device you're using, but I'll assume it's a 10 of some type.

From the Hub, go to the overflow menu (3 vertical dots at bottom right) > Settings > Text Messages. Tap Advanced at the bottom bar. Under "Send Text-Only Messages as", select SMS from the drop down. That should do it.
