i have forget the password. when goes to change it with new one they ask me a security question i know the answer but not in exact sequence so they not detect it. i have only one attempt left.

Should be able to use the above to just change the password.

If you forget the password and lose access to the BBID email account... Contacting support is your only other option... if the phone is under warranty and you can prove you are the original owner.

Sorry, if you can't get the correct answer to the security question, there is no way you can login.

It is amazing that you have so much important work related data on the phone yet, you can't remember how to access it. Your only way to "prove" is to use the original email and associated password.
