Hello,
I have a BlackBerry Torch 9800 and I want to setup internet email!
When I press on email accounts, the enterprise activation window appear!
I can not choose, if I want to setup internet email or enterprise activation!
What can I do know?
I´m looking forward to an response!

It was an old business plan on BlackBerry BBOS devices that provided blackberry domain email addresses and other utilities exclusive to BlackBerry. It was offered via the support of cellular carriers, and discontinued several years ago. On those old devices, you had to have a BIS plan to use email etc on them. Some carriers continue to support BIS, but I don't know if anyone signs up new users to it anymore.

That phone (and other BBOS phones) cannot simply connect to web-based email directly without a BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) plan from your carrier as part of your data plan. I don't know if there are still carriers in your region who will provide BIS. BlackBerry is likely shutting down the service globally at the end of this year.

Your device was likely connected to a BlackBerry Enterprise Server and was configured to work with a corporate email system. Wiping the device and reloading the handset OS may clear the provisioning, but then the issue will be whether you have BIS on your mobile account, and the service also being so close to end of life.
