I have exactly the same problem with my Q10 after updating the software to V10.3.1.1779. I used to have much longer call log history but now the phone only keeps 7 days. Can someone help please?
It was a decision by BlackBerry to change it to like 100 calls. I've been told the number has been increased for 10.3.2 but who knows when that will release as an official. I don't understand their decision as I can't imagine that a call log takes much space.
