I dropped my Q10 in a pool of water today. After retrieving it quickly, it functioned for several hours. I shut it off after charging to 100%, but now it will not turn back on. I have opened it up to dry out and removed the SIM card and battery. Is there anything else to be done? What are my chances of retrieving photos (not backed up elsewhere) ? Thank you. Tim

So you dropped it in a pool, pulled it out quick, continued to use and even charged it, despite there being a good chance it was wet inside? Throw it in a covered container with some dry rice for a few days and hope for the best, though, from the sounds of it, you likely fried it. There's not much that can be done to get anything off of it unless you can get it powered on or it's detected by your computer.
