How can I retrieve email (Sympatico) on my Blackberry Bold 9700 (Rogers Service) using Wifi (Bell)?
I recently removed my data plan (on Rogers) and am now no longer able to retrieve my email messages (from Sympatico) via WiFi (Bell). I am using a Blackberry Bold 9700.
I am able to access the internet (e.g. Google) without any problems..
When I go to Setup/Email Connections I get a pop up message "Your device had a problem connecting to the server" followed by a Rogers message "Network Notification (3330) Rogers msg: You or an app are trying to access internet on your device. For internet access options, see your text msg inbox for detail." I go to the link mentioned in this text message whereby Rogers is pitching various data plan options.
