Hi I need some help with my Blackberry Q5. It's at least 1 year old and now it's nuked :'( I can't start it anymore and want to send it back WITHOUT my private Data.. Everytime when I try to start it, it get up to the "BlackBerry" picture - then the Blackscreen - the red LED is on and again the "BlackBerry" picture
How can I reset it? or is there a way to revive my Babe?

Load BlackBerry Link onto your computer and see if it recognizes the Q5, if it does you can try a factory reset to get the OS back working, if that works then do a security wipe, under settings on your Q5.

If it won't boot, try reloading the OS using Link.

If you are just going to wipe it anyway then try an autoloader and see if a new OS will get it back up and running and then you won't need to send it back.
