How can I replace Facebook in my hub?

As from yesterday, I can no longer access my facebook from the Facebook app and it disappeard from the hub! When I try to open the app it says : The Facebook app no longer supports Hub integration. To continue to access Facebook, you must log out from Facebook from your device.
I tried everything! Deleting and adding my facebook account, deleting and adding the app, made a factory reset, restore only my contacts from a previous back up. Nothing helps and it's driving me crazy! Help please!!

There's no help.
THAT'S the new FB on BB10.

No more FB contacts in the contacts list
No more FB birthday reminding in calendar
No more FB events in calendar
No more FB notifications in the hub

Only an " app" that's you redirect to the website of FB.

I don't miss the FB app, I miss the contacs/calendar/ hub integration.

Face10 is the way to go. The new FB variant for bb10 is a simple link to FB. Good luck.

goto your settings add account (facebook) sync your contacts.. its done..

The Facebook app has always had many problems and now with the new update sucks became virtually instead of an upgrade was an uninstall, the app no longer opens, sends you to the Facebook browser. I recommend that you delete the app and use Face 10 is a good client ... but the free version has limits, but do not think there is another alternative :straight-face:

Uninstall fb
Download BlackBerry beta zone
Then download from beta zone
Note fb app will no longer work on bb10

I expect I won't miss fb. The contact and calendar integration pissed me off. The only thing I'll miss is when my daughter posts to fb and birthday notices. But honestly,anyone important to me I already have their bdays in my calendar.
