    I had a bug and couldn't access my phone anymore. They managed to fix it and swiped everything but I couldn't decrypt my sd card prior to that. Is everything lost forever?

    Hello try inserting card in laptop and recovery software you can search in Google. But this is very longshot ...it is very likely you lost information. Good luck
