[CrackBerry Question]

OS: 10.3.x

Frozen state: after power on and type in pin code. After a while I looked on the phone: black screen. Since that time nothing is displayed and I can't do nothing with the touch screen or the keys. Even the the power off function dosn't work. But when I call the phone I get the ring signal in thr line but on the phone: no sound and nothing on the display. When I connect my BB via USB with the Computer I don't get the USB-plug-in-sound or other reaction.

What should I do? One thing is to wait until the battery is empty (= I can' call my phone) and while charging I try to start the device.

Please help!

I had issues a few times with my Classic where the power up cycle seemed to freeze.

I typically had to power it down several times and then try powering it back up: usually it would work after several attempts. This may work for you.
