It certainly should connect.
You need to find the car on your Q10 and find your Q10 on your car. If you can and if it asks, enter the access code on your car first.
If it only ask on your phone for a code, try 0000 unless the manual says something different.
If it's not working, reset your Q10 by holding down the top key and not releasing it.
Ignore onscreen countdowns & options. After the red LED flashes on then back off, release the top button.
After a minute or two, try connecting again.
