Others may correct me on this but I'm fairly certain that the Passport (and all BB10 devices for that matter) has no ability to run Android Wear. The BlueTooth connection may be there but the device will not work with your Passport and there are NO workarounds.

The most recent version of the Mi Band app only supports Android 5.0 and above, but I have found a method that should work with your Passport. I don't have a Mi Band so I can't test fully, but these steps should work:

1. Download the Mi Fit app from this link:

2. Install the APK on your Passport.

3. In Mi Fit APP login account, select binding bracelet device (Mi Band 3) and follow the instructions of the guide operator. When the bracelet vibrates and the binding notice is displayed on the screen, touch the button to complete the binding.

4. Notice: Please make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is switched on. During the connection process need to bring the bracelet close to the phone.

5. After the bracelet is successfully bound, Mi Band will start recording and analyzing your activities, night time sleep etc.

Let me know if you still have issues but this should take care of you.
