I can't get into my phone, how do I get passed the password

You enter the password. There is no other way.

Mind it thatif you fail too many times, you'll trigger a device wipe, losing all data on the internal memory.

I suggest you put it aside and go watch a movie. The password is likely to come to you when you are not stressed about trying to remember it.

EDIT: Actually!!! If you remember your BBID's password, you can change the device's password from this portal.

But heh, you need to have the password for the BBID associated with the device to do that.

I once lost a Z10 with the security password on. Surprisingly, someone else got in. I just don't know how. But I guess no one will answer that here because it's either suspicious you don't know your password or its not good to know that a BlackBerry 10 phone with password still has a vulnerability.
