What BlackBerry phone do you have?
If you have BlackBerry 10 phone, just copy the vcf files to your phone, click to open and save. It will be saved on your Local contact. BlackBerry 10 OS recognizes vcf format.
I'm not sure for BBOS 7 or earlier phones, maybe you need an app to save it to your phone.
