I really hesitated, I really did. I'll be nice. You can't run BlackBerry on anything other than a BlackBerry. You can run Android apps on a BlackBerry.

They could know by IMEI#, especially if the BlackBerry you bought was through this same carrier.

I don't know how it is in the UAE (I have a feeling it's not the same,) but here in the US, BIS works for Android, BB10 and BBOS phones. But if you get a generic data plan, BBOS doesn't work (obviously.)
