I recorded a workshop using Remember but somehow didn't hit the 'Done' button. The voice note is in file manager but I am unable to play it. I have tried copying it onto my Mac into iTunes but it will not do so. I have copied it to my Desktop but it will not play. The message on the phone says, "this file contains an unsupported media format". It is almost 2 hours of the workshop and very important information.

You should be able to repair the file using the free audio editor for Mac and Windows called Audacity:

There's a tutorial on how to do this on YouTube. The basic approach is to import the damaged file as raw data and then set the audio parameters to match another file that works ok:

The voice note is in file manager but cannot be played.
Thank you for the video. I tried to use it but it just plays static and didn't repair the voice note. I tried other voice notes and they played without issue.
