    I have a Z30 running 10.3.1. We went to a different phone so I had done a security wipe. Now the keyboard will not work. The keyboard comes up, you can press the buttons and it makes the sounds, but doesn't type anything. It has never been near water at all. Soft reset does not work. I cannot do another wipe as I cannot type on it, and I cannot copy and paste the code. The phone is basically back at factory settings, yet the keyboard will not type anything. I have tried all the recommended solutions that I could find but most are for older phones. Please help! I apologize if this is a repeat thread.

    Install BlackBerry link on your computer, whether it's a Mac or a PC, then use the Link to reload the software after you plug your device to the computer with a USB cable. You should be able to find the option to do that under your device. Hope this help!
