Backup Restore Error.
I'm Using Blackberry Z10 Since Few Months. For some reasons I'd wiped out my device. Before wiping I have taken a Backup. Now, I'm restoring the backup. It Says the Blackberry ID associated with this Backup File Doesn't match the Blackberry ID on this Device. Please Help Me Restoring my Device.

Are u using another BlackBerry ID than the one that u backed up with?

Ok wipe your device then try to restore your backup

Wiped out 3 times. It Shows the same Error.

Are u trying to restore a backup from a higher version than the version you backed up your phone with?
In other word if you backed up 10.3.1 and want to restore on 10.2.1 you can't!

No. I didn't Updated. It's the Same Version.

Login to BB ID Account first then try, it should solve the problem.
