    Is there any PC software or app to retrieve specific information (e.g., a Note) from "BlackBerry Link" full backup? I've been doing regular "full" backups, but "BlackBerry Link" has no option to retrieve pieces of the backup. It wants to restore everything.

    Nope. Link backups are encrypted.

    But you CAN do a selective restore. It won't wipe anything else.
