I am trying to update my z3 and having insufficient space problems, so I did a security wipe, it was successful but am still required to free up additional 257mb of space, I virtually have nothing on the phone and I am still prompted to do this.

What do I do, is there a way to delete default apps, or is it just impossible to update the blackberry z3 over wifi? Please help

Could you attach a screenshot of the storage details from Device Monitor?

    Just use an autoloader.

As mentioned by conite, you will probably have to use an autoloader or update using Link
There is nothing else you will be able to delete to free up another 257MB
Although I am not sure why does the OS update need to so much free space

Autoloader or using LINK (if it still works for you), are the best options.

Thanks guys! But if I may ask, between the autoloader and BlackBerry Link which of them would you recommend that is more reliable, safer or faster??

Both reliable. Link only offers what your carrier offers. With an autoloader, you can use whatever 10.3.2 you want.

Also check your " File Manager " app to make sure that you Photos, files and old APKs are not saved on your Device Memory.
