How can i fix the error 513 reload software in BB9930?

Few days ago i've got error and i can not fix it because of the smartphone connect and quickly desconnect from the pc when i try to process with the loader or desktop manager it does not connect again.

All drivers are already installed and the desktop manager too.

I don't know what else i can to do, HELP PLEASE!

Try other another cable and another USB port. After that, try another computer.
