my actual cloud provider is going to delete my account with everything on it because i changed to a new much bigger cloud from the same company , and i want to move from my cloud to another cloud provider before i lose all my data , any help ? i cannot copy all the contacts on my sim because i doesn't let me , and if i copy some not all of the contacts have their numbers .... any solutions ? 10x

I don't know what a 10x is, and I really don't know why your storing contacts in a cloud service... they should be local on the device, on the SD card and stored in cloud as backup only. But at the end of the day you should ask the cloud service how to migrate - especially if it's their service to their service as you mention.

Kerm , 10x = thanks , all my contacts are on my sim but the bb classic is seeing all of my contacts names but not all of them have phone numbers , i also like to keep it simple , put the sim in and have all the names and numbers , on the cloud i kept a backup and that's how i all my numbers , if i put my sim in another phone it works just fine , any solutions ?
