The file you just extracted should end in the .exe extension. Plug your device into the PC and then click on the autoloader .exe. The autoloader will then run, wipe your device and install the updated OS. Takes about 15 minutes or so, will then reboot (takes a while, be patient), and you can then use your BBID and password to set your device yup as if new.
Hi, it is downloading again, what I have to do to unzip the file? I already have BlackBerry desktop software on the system

The BlackBerry Desktop software is not needed with an autoloader. The autoloader is self-contained, will run in a command window, and do everything for you.
As Conite says, it does wipe the phone, and will ask to set it all back up as if brand new when it's done.
If you need to backup anything, do it before updating.
It will ask for the BBID and password, so I hope you haven't forgotten it.
