Then use this autoloader to re-flash the OS.

Download and unzip the file to a PC, then plug in device and run the autoloader.

It's the only one. Use another browser on your PC.
Yes I am downloading it but it seems transfer quota exceeded

And it is stuck at 70 %

Hi, it is downloading again, what I have to do to unzip the file? I already have BlackBerry desktop software on the system
Posted via CB10
Right click on the file, hover your mouse over 7-Zip then select Extract from the menu that pops up.

I can see only
1 open with WinRAR
2 extract files
3 extract to Z10_10.3.02.2813_STL100_1
Which is?
Posted via CB10
#2 -extract files
Yes done, what is next?

The file you just extracted should end in the .exe extension. Plug your device into the PC and then click on the autoloader .exe. The autoloader will then run, wipe your device and install the updated OS. Takes about 15 minutes or so, will then reboot (takes a while, be patient), and you can then use your BBID and password to set your device yup as if new.
The BlackBerry Desktop software is not needed with an autoloader. The autoloader is self-contained, will run in a command window, and do everything for you.
As Conite says, it does wipe the phone, and will ask to set it all back up as if brand new when it's done.
If you need to backup anything, do it before updating.
It will ask for the BBID and password, so I hope you haven't forgotten it.
Hi I have connected my BlackBerry z10 to the computer and then run the autoloader but it seems I can't see the black screen on the computer and mobile still showing no battery and seems switched off

I have tried to connect to the boot room in autoloader by default it is not connecting but while press and hold volume button it is connecting and showing ram image and writing process but after completing the process it is still showing no battery charge and will switch off.... please help with this.

I have successfully followed your instruction so I done it but there is a issue that I can bypass the essential gesture, what will do for that?
Posted via CB10
Maybe try running the autoloader again. If that fails it might be a bad download, starting over again from scratch would be the next go.
Posted via CB10
Yes already done it but it seems the same, unable to complete the essential gesture. Any other option?
Posted via CB10
Is the phone registering your gestures on the screen?
You have charging issues and screen issues... was this phone working before, did something happen to it?
