    No, I never faced any issue with it before, and it was just switched off for some days, and but it is fine now after I installed os by autolaoder but now there is only one issue that it is stuck at gesture page, when I touch to pull down it showing that almost almost¡ start with your finger higher on the screen.. and not completing it

    No. You have to go through the gestures tutorial. No way to skip.

    No. Don't use that. It's only partial OS with most apps missing. There's a reason it's only for developers and not a daily driver.

    Besides, I think it has the same "first use" tutorial.

    Only option is try another autoloader for your Z10 or better build your own for the files directly from BlackBerry... That would rule out it being a software issue and not a hardware one.

    If the developer OS would install (usually can't downgrade), that would also help rule out the hardware.... but no it's not a Daily Driver OS.

    If LINK works, you might get it to reload your OS...
