I am just trying to get the porche design clock on the lock screen as a background on my Z10. So I can see the time when I swipe up the screen. Does anyone know the way to do that?

As to your question -- BB 10 does not support "active wall papers", which is how I would classify this. So No, you cannot (currently) display any clock as a background. That may change in later OS versions.
