How can I contact Digital River re an order?
I too have received very poor service from Digital River. I cannnot contact Digital River, as the UK BB shop pages do not give a telephone number or email address.
I ordered a replacement JM1 battery on 8Nov16. I received a "shipped" email on 8Nov16. Clicking through the tracking link to DHL revealed that the package was picked up from Bratislava in Slovakia and was delivered the next day to Lozerno in Slovakia, ending its journey there. I see no reason for this as I am in the UK, with UK Billing and Shipping Addresses clearly shown on the order confirmation. I have not received the battery.
On 18Nov16 I received notification of a refund of the cost of the battery - which appears to have been returned by somebody - but no refund of the substantial shipping cost!
I would love to be able to speak to Customer Services to get the postage refunded but need the contact details. All help gratefully received!

However that looks like the US shop to me, and I ordered from the UK shop, which I gather is different. Any thoughts on how I can get hold of UK Customer Service?
