    I can not buy apps in blackberry world. I get: "This purchase ca not be completed. Please try again later or select a different payment method." I have tried for a week and I do not have other card to use.

    Have you registred a credit card in your account (BlackBerry-ID)?
    Is your country not blocked?

    To answer the first question, yes I do have registered a credit card with my account. As I said I do not have another. Also I was able to buy apps using the said card.
    I hoped that beeing a business user oriented company Blackberry can offer an email address for contact. I do not think that beeing forced to register on a forum to try to get help is normal. It is not normal to get help from users when the problem sits right in blackberry's lap.
