How can I change the default navy font style when I reply a rich-text email?

If I create a new html mail, the font color and style looks default in gmail. But when I reply a rich-text email, the color will be navy, the font style will be calibri and in gmail looks very ugly... Can I turn this feature off? I don't need any additional formatting at email reply. It's very annoying...

When you reply. hit the pen like icon at the bottom and format the type the way you want.

Ok, but i don't want to do this every time I reply an email, it is 4-5 additional tap on every email, and can't change the font family. Is there any way to change the default settings?
