    I got a BB playbook second hand. I made a new ID online for it but it keeps saying when i try login on it "you cannot change users on this playbook. please login with the orginal BBID used on playbook". I dont know the orginal ID. Im really stuck and confused on what do to. IS there any chance someone knows what to do? thanks in advance

    You'll need to restore the Playbook to factory settings before you can log on to it with a new ID.

    Doing a Security Wipe restores the PlayBook to its factory out of the box settings, removing all data, apps and media from the PlayBook itself.
