    Is there anyway to adjust the date format in 10.3.1? For example my lock screen shows "Sun, Mar 15" but I'd really rather it say "Sunday, 15 March"

    I've Googled a bit and changing the region to UK can get it to say "Sun, 15 Mar" but I don't really want to change the region.

    Any ideas? Thanks.

    As you have figured it's related to region you choose. There's no other way around
