[CrackBerry Question]

I am a grameenphone user in Bangladesh. Recently I purchase a blackberry q10 from amazon. i can not setup my internet setting in my q10. I call grameenphone customer care service, i explain my problem but they are interest about my problem. they (grameenphone) provide service only for those who bought blackberry set from their own outlet.

Using only two hours, i already fall in love to my q10.

Please help me how do i solve my problem.

That's strange that they won't provide this service to you.
